Familie Hennis - Overveen stood behind the cherry
tree for this view. As far as we know it's a wild
tree but it carries the finest, darkest, most
delicious red cherries.
And this is a painting made by Piet Uijtendaal
after he visited us a few years ago. It shows La
Grange on the right and our home on the left.
Some of our guests are wonderful artists, if you've
looked at the Châteaux page you'll have seen
Eveline's picture of Cheverny. Here are some other

Familie Bijl from Schiedam gave prominence to the
birdtable! It's not essential in the summer but it
and the waterbath still attract lots of birds.
