Booking your stay at La Grange
Please look at the calendar to see whether La Grange is available for the period you would like to rent. We try and update the availability within a day of someone making a reservation, but of course it's always possible that two families make a request for the same week at (almost) the same time - so please feel free to check with us using the contact form, normally we will reply within one or two days.Price
In 2010 La Grange costs € (Euro) 450 per week. The price remains the same throughout the year (although we might be willing to negotiate for rentals of four weeks and longer). This includes water, electricity, and heating (the house has full central heating, although you should only need it between October and April).The house is provided with bed linen and towels which will be changed before you arrive and again when you leave. The house will also be cleaned before and after your stay. This is also included in the price.
Rental Period
You can rent La Grange for whole weeks from Saturday to Saturday. We ask that our guests arrive at the house after 16:00 on the Saturday afternoon, and leave before 10:00 on the Saturday morning. That allows our caretaker enough time to clean the house, change the bedding and towels, and get the house ready for the next guests.To reserve your holiday in La Grange, please contact us using the contact form. We ask that you let us know how many guests will be staying so that the right number of beds can be made ready for you.
Payment
We then ask for a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rental due, when we have received it we confirm the reservation for you. We then ask that you pay the balance of the rental at least one month before the start of your holiday. Payments can be made by bank transfer or PayPal.Before you leave home, we will send you a package of information (either on paper or electronically) with everything you need to know about the house and the surroundings.
